Urgent Care Center
Receive outpatient care for acute illnesses and non-life-threatening emergencies. View Our Services for more information on when you should seek urgent care. Please call 911 for medical emergencies.
Video calls are best used as a preliminary diagnostic tool. If, during your video call, your provider decides that you need additional care, the price of your video call will be credited to a same-day clinic visit. Video calls are conducted through Zugan Health’s HIPAA-compliant web portal.
A standard video call appointment is 10 minutes for a flat fee of $49. Additional time is charged at $20 per 5-minute block.
Receive care like you were at the clinic, but from the comfort of your home, office or even on the beach. A healthcare provider will come to your location within 10-miles of Zugan Health’s Clinic.
- Availability and Coverage
Available during clinic hours to all California residents and visitors.
House Calls are available within 10-miles of Zugan Health’s Clinic, located at 1015 De La Vina Street, Santa Barbara. View available appointments at zuganhealth.com.
- Zugan Health Access Plan
The Zugan Health Access Plan gives the Santa Barbara community affordable and convenient access to urgent care. After paying a monthly subscription, members pay only $20 for clinic visits and video call consultations.
With insurance deductibles on the rise, patients are responsible for more out-of-pocket costs. These costs are difficult to predict. Zugan Health Access Plan Members know that urgent care and basic medical services are available for a flat fee. View our Access Plan page for fees and covered services.
Zugan Health’s Access Plan only applies to immediate family members—grandparents, cousins and/or other relatives may not be grouped together. Please contact the clinic directly to sign up for the plan.
- Zugan Health’s Providers
All Zugan Health providers are licensed in California and have been independently verified and credentialed. Our providers have extensive experience in urgent care, preventive health and integrative medicine.
- Joining Video Calls
Login to your account here and select “Visits” in your dashboard. Your video call will go live at your scheduled appointment time. Please avoid sitting with your back to a window—your provider will need to see you clearly.
